To enrich employees' leisure time, enhance team cohesion and unity, and promote communication and exchange among employees, the company organized a two-day, one-night team-building trip for its staff on November 15, 2025. This activity not only allowed everyone to temporarily escape the busyness of work, get close to nature, and relax, but also deepened team camaraderie through interactive collaboration, injecting new vitality into the company's cultural development.

I. Departure: Full of anticipation, we set off joyfully.

On the morning of November 15, 2025, under a bright sun, all employees gathered excitedly downstairs at the company to board a bus for their team-building trip to Shanwei. During the journey, everyone chatted and laughed, sharing their anticipation for the trip. The music playing on the bus blended with the scenery outside the windows, creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. The company also provided each employee with milk, bread, and drinking water, demonstrating their care and attention to detail.

II. Highlights of the Itinerary: A Perfect Blend of Nature and Joy

Day 1: Surrounded by Mountains and Rivers, Team United

Upon arrival, our first stop was Shanwei's new landmark, the [Guanlan Square - Sea Boardwalk]. With its breathtaking seascape and expansive views, this 3.5-kilometer-long boardwalk, one of the largest along Guangdong's coastline, stretches into the middle of the sea. Enjoying the gentle sea breeze, we strolled along, taking photos to capture beautiful moments. In this relaxed natural environment, the stress of our daily work was fully released.

In the afternoon, we visited the rocky coastline known as "Little Gulangyu"—the [Nanhai Guanyin Tourist Scenic Area: Ocean Square, Unfinished Building - Sea Castle]. Located on Dashi'ao Island in Nan'ao, the scenic area covers 300,000 square meters. With its interconnected capes, rugged reefs, and crisscrossing harbors, the area boasts beautiful scenery. Legend has it that Guanyin attained enlightenment here, becoming one of the "Four Great Bodhisattvas," leaving behind many sacred sites and magical legends. The scenic spots include "Buddha's Flowing Sands," "Buddha's Seal Stone," "Stone of Salvation," "Lotus Flower," "Sweet Dew Spring," and "Willow Base," as well as historical relics such as "Zheng Chenggong's Pacification of the Yangtze River." The former site of the Langneng Power Generation Base is a wildly popular spot for photos, nicknamed "Unfinished Building" and "Sea Castle" by netizens. Its excellent location contributes to its internet celebrity status. Below the building are the Langhua Rock Reef. The waves crash one after another, creating a beautiful sound. The water quality in that area is excellent; although swimming is not allowed, it's particularly beautiful for taking photos and is very popular with tourists.

Day 2: Energetic Morning, Warm Conclusion

On the second morning, many employees got up early to watch the sunrise, relaxing amidst the green mountains and clear waters, ready to embrace the new day's journey with renewed energy. After breakfast, the group headed to [[Jinmachi Bay Tourist Resort: Sailboat Auditorium, Whale Bay Town]]. Jinwan Tourist Resort is located south of Shanwei's beautiful 7-kilometer coastline, north of Baisha Fushan Mountain, east of the main urban area, and west of Magong area, making it an important part of the coastal tourism and leisure belt. Its unique subtropical coastal scenery makes it a popular destination for seaside leisure travel every year. Here, the beach is gentle, the sand is white, and the water is clear. Enjoy the endless fun of playing in the water, surfing, playing volleyball, and soaking up the sun on the sand. Group fun activities are organized by the tour guide on the beach: [Peach Blossoms in Full Bloom], [Chewing Gum], [Name Stacking], [Passionate Rhythm], [Three-Legged Race], [Dragon Emerging from the Sea], [One Circle to the End], [Stargate], [Circle of Excellence], [Coach's Remarks], [Tug-of-War], etc.

After lunch, everyone embarked on their return journey. Although the two-day, one-night trip was short, everyone's faces were filled with satisfaction and reluctance to leave. On the return bus, many colleagues expressed, "This team-building activity was not only fun, but it also made us feel the warmth and strength of the team. We'll definitely be more proactive in our work when we return!"
