With an advance transportation network, Dongguan Leader surrounded by Guangzhouin north, Shenzhen and Hong Kongin South; adjacent to Dongguan-Shenzhen Expressway of Jingjiu railway. It is covers an area of 40 acres and gross floor area about 10,000 square meter.
Our company has more than 400 sets of advanced and complete production equipment, including heading machine, nut former, threading rolling machine, stamping machine, milling machine, auto-lathe machine, Japan CNC Lathing Machine etc… Besides, we are equipped with specialized testing equipment, such as profile projector, 2.5D detector, torque testing machine, hardness testing machine, salt spray testing chamber, constant temperature and humidity testing chamber etc… RoHS standard test apparatus, including X-ray coating thickness gauge, ICPC inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, Carbon Sulfur Determinator and other advanced precision equipment.

At the same year, we were designated by our customer Sanmina-SCI as Class 4 supplier for making aerospace accessories. In the end of 2009, we were certificated by SGS on the ISO9001:2008 (QMS) and AS9100B:2008 (AMS). Due to our business development, we decided to upgrade our quality systems to conform to ISO/IEC 17025 (LMS). Now, we are preparing for register the certification of TS16949:2002(QMS) and we planned to finish within 2010.
